Updated photo section

We recently did an overhaul of the photo section of this website, feeling that the old photo gallery was somewhat unattractive to navigate and cumbersome to upload photos to. The new photo gallery is a mirror of the photo galleries we’ve uploaded to Facebook (thanks to the handy Fotobook plugin). They’ll be much easier to keep up to date, and with some tweaks, should me much more enjoyable to browse.

We’ve also added some thumbnail links to other videos we’ve created in the video section.

Yes, we’re on the bandwagon, friends, galloping in the Twittersphere now for a few weeks. I think Twitter is a great tool for efficient communication when used properly; it can be a vexatious exercise in narcissism at its worst.

If you’re on Twitter, follow us. If not, just take a peek at the top of the right sidebar of the blog’s main page, and you will see our latest Twitter update (or ‘tweet’) and when we made it. [just look ===>]

Sometimes our lives are too busy for a blog update, or we don’t make proper time, but in just a few phrases, we can let you know what we’re up to using Twitter. So that’s what it’s for (at least for us)! Enjoy.

We’re working on updating some of the information on the ‘About’ section of this website. As well, we’ve added a section that will give you a bit of a more personal look at the two of us (including some stuff you’re probably not even interested in…). Pictures: Wedding and honeymoon

The site has recently changed servers, and all the email and website functions have normalized. Therefore, we’re pleased to announce that we have been able to post photos from our wedding in Boulder (CO), reception in Manheim (PA), and honeymoon in California in the photo gallery section.

Media & mail troubles

Those of you on our mailing list will know that we’ve been having trouble sending email via the nakedicame.com domain now for a couple months. You’ve probably been receiving quite a bit through our Google Mail account, which has done a rather good job. However, if you’re on the list and nothing has flowed your way in quite a while, you may want to check your spam filter and adjust it for the email address nakedicame-AT-gmail-DOT-com (printed as such to avoid the spammer’s email harvesting robots).

PLEASE NOTE, however, that mail can still be received at the regular nakedicame.com addresses, such as info@nakedicame.com. Please continue using these addresses.

We’re also aware that everyone was promised posted pictures of our wedding and honeymoon, and though copies of those pictures are ready on our hard-drive, we’ve been unable to post them due to some technical problems with the website (in short, our photo gallery plug-in for Word Press that organizes photos and produces thumbnails is failing to produce thumbnails… so the browsing of new photos isn’t really possible.). We will be sending out a few copies to people on our mailing list as soon as possible, as well as notifying the rest when more pictures are available online.

In addition, we’re considering posting a couple pictures in a post in the mean time using an alternate method.
